This privacy policy (the “Policy”) explains how and for what purposes Morris Music Law, PC, a California professional corporation, d/b/a “Music Law Pro” (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information of users (“you” or “your”) of the URL “www.musiclawpro.com” and on other websites or apps that we own where this policy is posted (individually, and collectively, the “Site”). 4. No Information From Children Under 13; Parental Participation. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Site is operated from the United States of America. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions. More specifically, the federal and state courts located in the State of California, County of Los Angeles shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy or its subject matter.
