More Info
Negotiation services are only available if you have first completed either a contract review or drafting service with us for such contract.
Unlimited ability to discuss updates and questions relating to the contract negotiation with the attorney via email, text, and scheduled phone/video meetings.
If needed, coordinating signatures includes e-signing service.
Services conclude after the earliest of the following: (1) All parties sign the contract; (2) A party to the contract decides to not enter into the contract; or (3) The contract is not fully signed within a year after the start of the negotiation service.
Fees
The fee depends on the contract’s total number of pages. The total number of pages includes all pages in the contract, even if a page just has a place for signatures or is an exhibit with only song titles.
The total page numbers will be discussed in advance.
Why should an attorney negotiate a contract for me when I could do it myself?
Get the best possible deal for you with the help of an experienced music attorney.
Avoid possibly interfering with the creative vibe between the parties if you negotiate directly.
